At Nooriyat, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's a simple guide to our exchange and return process.

Free Exchange

Want to swap an item? No problem! You can start the exchange process by just a single message. Just make sure you initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order. All you need is your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.

You have the flexibility to exchange the product for the same item in a different color or size, or even for a completely different product from our catalog.

We'll arrange for a free pickup of the original item. Once we receive it, we'll immediately ship out your new piece. Please note, the product must be unused and unworn. Also, our free exchange policy applies to the first exchange only; we can't process a second exchange for the same order.

Unboxing Video Requirement: If you're returning or exchanging due to receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or fit issues, please provide an unboxing video of the package as part of your request. This helps us verify the condition and contents of your order.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8929778896 or email us at nooriyat3003@gmail.com. Please enter your order number and the email or phone number you registered with. You can also fill the form here.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request. We will organize a pickup from your location, though this service might not be available in all areas.

FOR A RETURN TO BE PROCESSED, CUSTOMERS MUST ENSURE THE PACKAGE RECEIVED WAS UNTAMPERED.

  • For Prepaid Orders: You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to our warehouse. We will issue a full refund to your bank account, minus the standard delivery charges we paid for the reverse pickup.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: You'll receive a coupon code for the full order value (after deducting return shipping costs). This coupon can be used within 90 days.

All refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
