Return & Exchange Policy
At Nooriyat, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products. All items undergo a thorough quality and hygiene check before being shipped. However, should an issue arise, our exchange and return policy is in place to ensure a smooth resolution.
We accept exchanges and returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Item: If an incorrect item was shipped to you, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, per your preference.
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product you received has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8929778896Β or email us at nooriyat3003@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the incorrect or defective item.
Return Guidelines & Conditions
- Condition of Item: All returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and any hang tags. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping Costs:
- For Valid Returns: If the return is due to an incorrect item or a manufacturing defect, Nooriyat will cover the shipping costs for the return.
- For Other Reasons: If a return is accepted for a different reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: The refund process will begin only after we have received and inspected the returned product. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the return is found to be ineligible, we will send the same product back to you. The entire return process, from our receipt of the package, will be completed within 7 working days.
- Final Decision: The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Nooriyat regarding the validity of a return.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page.
- Items requested after theΒ 48-hour window from delivery has passed.
Special Considerations for Chikankari Products
Due to the unique nature of hand embroidery, minor variations are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
- Thread Variations: Small issues, such as threads on the reverse side of the embroidery, are a result of the intricate handwork and are not a valid reason for exchange.
- Unique Craftsmanship: Every piece is unique. Minor dissimilarities in stitches, motifs, or threads are a natural outcome of human craftsmanship and will not be liable for an exchange.
