  4. Will you restock the products?
    Since every Nooriyat piece is handcrafted to be unique, we do not restock specific designs. When an item is sold, it becomes a one-of-a-kind treasure for its new owner.

    You can easily place an order through our online store. Simply add your desired Chikankari suits or kurtis to the cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your details to complete the purchase.

  2. What are your shipping charges?

    We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

  3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your Chikankari delivery within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.


Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges for our Chikankari products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. For exchanges, you can swap for a different size or style, depending on availability.

  2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page on the website to initiate a request. Kindly have your order number and email/phone number ready. Please note that we do not process return or exchange requests via WhatsApp or email.

  3. What happens after I send the product back?

    Once we receive the returned handmade product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. After approval, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

    We recommend dry cleaning your Chikankari pieces to maintain their intricate embroidery and fabric integrity. For light cleaning, a gentle hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water is recommended. Always dry your garment in the shade.
